CALGARY ARTS ACADEMY ADMISSION INFORMATION

Calgary Arts Academy is an innovate progressive Kindergarten to Year 12 Public Charter School that engages children through Arts Immersion to become confident leaders and spirited citizens. As the only school of its kind in North America, Calgary Arts Academy is recognized for its academic excellence, teaching the Alberta curriculum through the immersion of the five fine arts: music, visual art, dance, drama and literary art.

Arts Immersion is a planning process unique to CAA.  Teaching teams consists of full-time artists, visiting artists and certified educators.  Together, the team plans and delivers the Alberta Curriculum through art forms.

As a Public Charter School, we do not charge tuition.  There are annual school resource fees, which include all school and art supplies, field trips, guest speakers and our annual Jubilee t-shirt.  Additional fees include lunchtime supervision fees (Year 1 to Year 9 students) and optional transportation.
